1. Description
Hydrobase is a transparent liquid-type silicone emulsifier with fluid viscosity. This silicone emulsifier stabilizes emulsions without the use of additional emulsifiers. This product gives a WaterDrop effect in creams, lotions, and various formulations. It imparts better skin feel and spreadability to the finished product.
