1. Description
- Olivatis® 15C is a non-ionic olive oil-derived surfactant with an excellent emollient and skin care profile. That it is produced by an exclusive trans- esterification process where the glyceric fraction of Olive Oil is substituted by a very selected PEG-8.
- Ultra-mild moisturizing surfactant, lipid layer promoter, skin nourishing, conditioner.
- Even though modern chemistry keeps developing new ingredients for the personal care industry, vegetal oils still maintain their important role.
- While it is relatively easy to use vegetal oils in oolites or emulsions, it is more difficult to develop clear products containing vegetal oils in sufficient quantities to guarantee their efficacy. The addition of oil to an aqueous-based product causes inevitable solubilization problems, that can be solved only by large amounts of solubilizers, with negative effects on viscosity, foam, feel, and safety of the product.

- Function
- Moisturizing.
- Silky emolliency.
- Gentle cleansing.
- Do not reduce foam and viscosity of toiletries.
- A silicone like lubricacy and feel without being a silicone derivative.

- Wet wipes as a primary emulsifier with a moisturizing effect.
- Bath and shower butters, bath fizzies, bombs, tabs, truffles, where it improves skin feel (in particular during and after rinsing) and imparts water solubility).
- Cleansing foams.
- Scrubs: Olivatis® 15C is basically anhydrous and suitable for all types of scrubs, salt scrubs.
- Suitable for transparent shampoos, tonics, and facial washes, leaving the product crystalline.Recommendation of use: 1 - 5%
5. Packaging and storage
Store in dry & well ventilated area or in warehouse, protected from sunlight. Sealed containers should be stored at a temperature 25°C, Quality might be affected after opening packing.
