I. Description
SeraSol SC 86-A (3320P) acts as a foam stabilizer, non-ionic W/O & O/W co-emulsifier, humectant, plasticizer, conditioner, and wetting agent. It is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and polyoxyalkaylene ether. It is used as a surface tension depressant or emulsifier in a wide range of color cosmetic, skincare, and clear haircare applications.
