1. Description
- Water-soluble pure Olive Oil imparts a silky emolliency into water-based hair and skin care products. Both in hair and skin care products, It imparts a silicone like lubricacy and feel without being a silicone derivative.
- Procare-12C is a quaternary ammonium salt combine with water-soluble Olive Oil which exhibits excellent substantivity toward hair and skin. Its high degree of solubility makes it easy to formulate into conditioners and many cationic hair care products.
- In addition, Procare-12C gives hair a softer feel, easier comb-out, and control of flyaway, well the hair shaft and allow penetration and retards the loss colors on the hair, even damaged hair.
