1. Description
Procare-12S is a quaternary ammonium salt which exhibits excellent substantivity toward hair and skin. Its high degree of solubility makes it easy to formulate into conditioners and many cationic hair care products.
In addition, Procare-12S gives hair a softer feel, easier comb-out, and control of flyaway, well the hair shaft and allow penetration and retards the loss colors on the hair, even damaged hair.
